All of our therapy services are provided online through a HIPAA compliant platform. At this time we do not offer any services in person.

First you can book a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you are coming into therapy for. After we have discussed this and determined if we are a good match, we can go over payment and scheduling for your first intake session.

The standard cost of therapy is $120 per session. A sliding scale cost is offered at $80 per session.

We are in-network with BCBS PPO and BCBS Choice PPO. We also accept Cigna, United and Aetna insurance plans.

Yes. For all other insurances that have out-of-network benefits your insurance plan may still cover the cost of our sessions.
AllWell Therapy has partnered with Thrizer, a payment application that handles out-of-network processing automatically so you can only pay the difference between session cost and how much your benefits will pay.

Yes. It is your responsibility to verify that your card issuer does not have any other requirements prior to use.

No. We provide individual and couples therapy to adults.

The session length for each session is 53 minutes. The total duration of therapy in general depends on your therapy goals.
